Is this private soccer training?

Performance Testing is one-to-one. Kineo Strength and Power runs with no more than two athletes an hour, each working their own plan from their own numbers. Soccer Group Training is on the field in groups of up to eight — small enough that every player gets coached rather than supervised, but not private. If you want fully individual work, start with testing.

Do you only work with soccer players?

No. Performance Testing and Kineo Strength and Power — the measurement and the strength, power, speed and agility work built from it — are open to athletes in any sport. Force, asymmetry, and how you land and produce power are not soccer-specific. Soccer is the primary sport for the on-field technical work and game-intelligence side.

What services does Adaptiverse offer for soccer athletes?

Accepted Answer

Two. Standalone Testing is a single comprehensive assessment covering speed, agility, fitness, technical skills, GPS movement tracking, video analysis, and decision-making under pressure, with no further commitment. Training is the ongoing program with the same testing built in and repeated about every four weeks. Most families start with Standalone Testing, then move into Training once they have the baseline.

How long is a session and what should my athlete bring?

Sessions run ninety minutes at the Adaptiverse facility in Fallbrook. Athletes should bring both indoor and outdoor shoes. They wear a GPS vest and work through the physical battery, position-specific technical work, and decision-making under pressure.

What do we actually receive after testing?

Accepted Answer

All data from the testing selected is released to the athlete once a month on their own dashboard — the numbers, the trend against the previous cycle, and what is being prioritized next. Every cycle also includes a conversation about what the athlete wants and needs, recorded alongside their data.

What ages do you work with?

Athletes ages 11 and up, across developmental, pre-elite, and college-track levels. Soccer is the primary sport for full training and testing. Kineo testing and training suits athletes from any sport.

Where are sessions held?

At the Adaptiverse facility in Fallbrook, North San Diego County, California. All sessions are in person.

How long until we see progress?

The first session produces a baseline. Meaningful trends appear after six to eight weeks of consistent data. Real development builds over months and compounds over years.

How is this different from regular performance training?

Most programs work on what is visible from outside — how an athlete moves, how fast they run, how strong they are. Adaptiverse measures all of that, plus how athletes process and decide under pressure, and what the work means to them. That is where most performance gaps actually live, and where most training stops short.
